What’s more important than being a voter? Be an informed voter! Students will get hands-on with resources provided by the Arkansas Secretary of State’s office. Lean how to locate your polling station and a sample ballot for upcoming elections, find your legislators and local leaders, view election results, learn how to use a voting machine, and much more.

Students will examine recent bills from the Arkansas Legislature, giving them chance to read and interpret legal language. Our young voters will lead a discussion about the main goal of the bill, how it would impact their community, and whether or not they would vote the bill into law.
