Please note that Statements of Financial Interest for county, municipal, and school board positions are not filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State. Statements of Financial Interest for these positions will continue to be filed with your respective filing offices.

Please consult the Arkansas Ethics Commission office or visit their website for reporting calendars, deadlines, and applicable thresholds to ensure compliance with filing requirements.
