Request for Qualifications: Business Name Availability AI Search Engine

The Arkansas Secretary of State (SOS) is embarking on an modernization project to design and develop the SOS “Business Name Availability Search”. SOS is wanting to obtain a search engine that will inform the public of the likelihood of a new business name being acceptable or denied due to being too similar to an existing business.
