Request for Qualifications - Emergency Preparedness Mapping System

The Arkansas Secretary of State (SOS) wants a common operating map for assisting a unified law enforcement response in the event of an emergency. The buildings to be mapped are the Arkansas State Capitol Building, the Multi-Agency Complex (MAC), the Capitol Hill Apartment Building, and the Winthrop Rockefeller Building.
