SECRETARY DANIELS CERTIFIES PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY CANDIDATES

Large slate of candidates includes Green Party Presidential hopefuls
(LITTLE ROCK, ARK.)Secretary of State Charlie Daniels today certified the list of candidates for the office of U.S. President to be voted for in the Presidential Primary Election on Tuesday, February 5th, 2008.
The candidate filing period, which began on November 5th, concluded today at noon with at total of 18 candidates (8 Democrats, 6 Republicans, and 4 Green Party) to be placed on the party primary ballots.
The following is the list of U.S. Presidential Candidates to be voted for in the February 5th, 2008 Presidential Primary Election:

Christopher J. Dodd, Democrat
John Edwards, Democrat
Mike Gravel, Democrat

The deadline to register to vote in the February 5th, 2008 Presidential Primary Election is Monday, January 7th, 2008.
