Capitol Grounds
Memorial Fountain
Located at the southeast corner of the Capitol, this fountain was erected in 1917 in memory of the War of 1812 soldiers who were buried in Arkansas.
The inscription reads:
Erected 1917 by the Nicholas Headington Chapter
N.S.U.S.D 1812, of Little Rock, Arkansas,
In Memory of the Soldiers of 1812 Buried In Arkansas.
