ABOUT THE OFFICEHUMAN RESOURCESThe Human Resources Office is responsible for the maintenance and administration of personnel, payroll and benefit systems for Secretary of State Employees. The Human Resources Office oversees recruitment, time management, payroll processing, personnel management, insurance benefits, retirement benefits, workers compensation and training. This office is primarily responsible for administering inter-agency policies and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
